Job information

lProvide certain support for certain issues to customer online or offline.

    为客户提供线上线下技术服务支持

lRespond quickly (normally within 24h) and follow customer's issues or complaints, and visit customer if need.

   快速响应（通常在24小时内），跟进客户的问题或投诉，并在需要时拜访客户。

lFollowing RMA in CRM and record the returns to customer in on-line list.

在CRM中跟踪RMA，并将退货记录在表中

lService Planning for next week 50%, need plan for more visiting to customer side for service.

制定服务计划，现场拜访客户并帮忙解决问题。

lWeekly meeting to review about issues and RMA following within team and need cooperation.

l  每周举行会议，复盘团队内部的问题和RMA跟进情况，并开展合作。

lOne basic Monthly report about the main work.

对主要工作的内容进行月度汇报。

lNeed to follow the related task list of call center project by time line.

l  及时执行呼叫中心接受到的客户任务。

lNormal customer visiting and good communication. 

正常的客户拜访和良好的沟通。

lCertain feedback or analysis report.

一定程度的反馈或分析报告。

lKeep good communication and relationship with customers for customer satisfication.

l  与客户保持良好的沟通和关系，使客户满意。

lMake some certain training for customers about products or Ananda link.

    为客户提供一些关于产品或Ananda线上服务网站的培训。

lService process review together to make more efficient. 

    支持服务过程的优化，提高效率。

lSupport visiting cusotmers for some certain other support, like supporting business.

    支持拜访客户以获得某些其他支持，如支持业务。

lResponsible for certain customer by each service member, also need cooperation for visiting and support together if many issues, should communication together for the service planning.

Job requirements

1. Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.

PCBA welding experience and skill is preferred.

    有组装或修理工业产品和设备的经验。有PCBA焊接经验和技能者优先。

2. 2+ years experiences customer service work experience.

至少2年相关产品的客服服务经验。

3. Minimum secondary level of education.

至少是中等教育水平。

4. Must be fluent in Japanese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

    具备日语和英文沟通能力，会说中文是加分项。

5. Must be based in Japan and available for full-time employment.

    方便在日本全职开展工作。

6. Be willing and able to travel as necessary for business purposes.

    能接受必要的出差活动。

7. Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP System.

    熟练微软办公软件和ERP系统操作。
