岗位职责:
1.保证前台整洁有序,设施设备完好,功能正常。
2.礼貌迎送客人,解答咨询。
3.接听租户电话,处理各类诉求,联系各相关部门解决。如遇处理不了的问题应及时向上级主管汇报。
4.处理报修电话,做好报修的传达与录入,每日负责对报修单元的维修情况进行电话回访,并做好记录。
5.接受客户服务反馈及客户投诉,处理一般投诉,做好回访工作。
6.掌握当日入住及退租客人的情况,协助客服主任做好相关进退房工作。
7.协助客服主任做好每月报表制作。
8.根据部门培训计划,有条不紊的完成新员工的培训工作。
9.合理处置大堂发生的紧急情况。
10.完成上级交办的其它工作。
岗位要求:
1.大专以上,酒店或旅游管理专业为佳
2.三年以上商场客服工作经验,其中一年以上领班或主管经验
3.熟悉客户服务的内容和理念,熟知服务礼仪及规范,并能够独立进行客户服务工作
4.英语或日语较为流利
5.形象气质佳,声音甜美,富有亲和力
