Korean Marketing Specialist/Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze market trends and competitive environment in the Korea, develop appropriate marketing strategies;

2. Responsible for developing annual market plans, driving sales targets achievement;

3. Manage the KR marketing team, ensure efficient operation and achievement of performance goals;

4. Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers and partners, drive business expansion;

5. Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure timely and smooth project completion;

6. Regularly report market dynamics and business progress to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;

2. 1 years or more of relevant work experience in the KR market, experience in international companies is preferred;

3. Deep understanding of Korean local culture and business practices;

4. Excellent communication and team management skills, able to effectively drive team collaboration;

5. Excellent Korean speaking and reading/writing ability is necessary, with a basic level of English reading and writing skills also required.
