JOB PURPOSE
? Bills customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures bills are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines, approvals and regulations
? Cash is applied to the customer account in SAP
? Follow up with customers for payment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Posts invoices into the automated billing system ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Recommends and implements process changes to improve invoicing
? Assists in and/or prepares, analyses, reviews, verifies and reconciles various records, financial reports and statements.
? Support the month end processes
? Reconcile CSC time sheet with customer time sheet, identify and address the discrepancies to the Project and follow up for quick resolution
? Required liaising with business unit personnel, other departments such as eTES administrators, Project data maintenance team, Accounts Receivable team and with global offices (including: Australia, Asia and United States)
? Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation to management
? Assists in and/or installs, modifies, documents and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures Resolves moderately complex customer disputes within pre-established guidelines
? Handles company confidential data including customer account history in accordance with established policy and account guidelines to ensure privacy of client data
? Additionally this role:
1 Will be focussed on closing the books on a monthly basis, controls Revenue input for the Business
2 Will be assisting in compliance with CSC policy, US GAAP and other external requirements
