Experience

• At least 10+ years of project management experience as PM;

• At least 8+ years experiences for big global projects’ experience as PM;

• At least 5+ years experiences for overseas projects as PM;

• More than 5+ automotive projects experience;

• Deeply knowledge of automotive, logistics field;

Experience Methodology and Certification

• Excellent understand Agile project management methodology;

• Excellent know with big project planning methodology and its implementation;

• PMP certification is mandatory;

• Excellent presentation skill and training skill.

Technical Skill

• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project;

• Excellent skills in reading, writing, and fluent speaking in English;

• Excellent mind-set on Logistics/IT project management methodologies(PMP);

• Excellent controlling and monitoring in projects status.

Soft Skill

• Capability to build project management standardization within agile project framework;

• Excellent communication skill;

• Excellent team working management and coordination ability;

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people；？

• Excellent Resource Management skill for multiple projects;

• Excellent team work management and leadership ability;

• Excellent controlling and monitoring in projects testing status;
