Technical Support Engineer （日语流利）

工作职责：

1. Provide a high level of technical response to the customers

2. Ensure that all communication with customers is within the guidelines of the client

3. Follow the prescribed problem resolution procedures

4. Handle customer’s product usage questions

5. Ensure that cases and callbacks are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines 

6. Reach and maintain the level of technical competence and customer service skills as required for the post

7. Ensure that all data is collected accurately

8. Ensure that service levels are achieved as communicated by the Account Manager

9. Be willing to following the working time assigned by immediate supervisor

职位要求：

1. B.S. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field with minimum of 3+ years of microcontroller, x86 architecture or ARM SOC engineering and/or technical support experience

2. Experience in schematic or layout design

3. Basic PC software knowledge (BIOS, Operating System, driver)

4. Good debugging skills on electronic circuits to component level by using lab equipments and test tools

5. Well developed and logical problem solving skills

6. Fluent in Japanness in verbal and written

1. Good customer management & support, display willingness and flexibility to work as part of a diverse team on a range of projects.

2. Strong written and/or verbal communication skills, this role will require to communicate with customers on addressing technical questions/issues

3. Excellent team player, work well with others in cross-site organizations and ability to work independently

4. Discipline, diligence and persistence required to follow-up on actions until closure
