* Product and graphic designs- Cooperated with famous designers from Spain, USA, Taiwan and local, begin with client’s idea, providing sketches, 3D designs,prototypes,until a final product / packaging etc...
* Product developing and sourcing- Visit the major exhibitions in HongKong, Taiwan, and China region every season and worked with +100 manufacturers in sporting goods industry;
* Factory audits- Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
* Quality control and inspection- Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
* Problems solving- Strong responsibility and quick response for any problems.
